We are a small family run business owned and operated by Mark Jansen and are in our 32nd year of the construction business. We are members of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, the Suburban Northwest Builders Association, and the National Association of Homebuilders.  Our company includes Greg Blank, Job Supervisor, who has been with Jansen Homes for 19 years and has extensive knowledge in the home building process.  Bryan Sueverkruepp is our customer service representative.  He is in charge of customer walk-thrus prior to closing, warranty work and escrow work.  

            

Our company is a multiple award winning home builder.  Each year the Builders Association of the Twin Cities puts on the Parade of Homes Fall Showcase^SM.  During this event, builders compete with each other for the Reggie Award of Excellence^SM.  Judging is done by builders and others in the home building industry with set criteria which includes high quality construction, well-executed floor plans and value per square foot.  We have entered this competition five times and won our category four of those times. We’ve also won 2 Peoples Choice Awards through the Suburban Northwest Builders Association.
