Warranty Information

     Jansen Homes provides a customer walk-thru before closing, a warranty appointment after the first eleven months, and a ten year structural  warranty through our warranty insurance company. You also have a 2 year warranty on anything mechanical such as Plumbing, Heating or Electrical. This is 2 years on all parts and 1 year on labor.
